Terms & Conditions

When you buy from our online shop you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please read them and if you have any queries on any aspect of your agreement with us, or have any suggestions or comments to make, please contact us.

Making a Purchase
Just browse our store and add your chosen items for purchase to the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, click on “Check Out”. You will then be asked for a few details in order to process your order. Please read our Privacy Policy for reassurance on the information provided.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place once the products ordered have been dispatched (a confirmation email that goods have been dispatched will be sent to the email address you registered with us at the time of placing the order) unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order (e.g. a website pricing error or a product is no longer available etc.) or you have cancelled it .

All goods remain the property of Crystal Labyrinth until paid for in full.

All orders must be checked on receipt and any errors must be notified to us within 72 hrs. Any errors that are our responsibility will be rectified as soon as possible at no cost to the client.

If the customer has made any errors on the order the customer will be responsible for any extra costs incurred by Crystal Labyrinth to rectify the order.

All text, images, graphics and other associated files are copyrighted and may not be copied without prior written agreement from Crystal Labyrinth.

Payment & Security
All prices shown are inclusive of taxes. Payment is due at the point of ordering, and can be by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard.

All website financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, Stripe. We will share information with Stripe only where necessary for the purposes of payment processing and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments.

Returns Policy
Should any purchase arrive damaged from transit , or does not arrive at all, then please contact us by email and we will follow up your enquiry.  You should also contact us if the item is faulty in any way or any mistakes have been made by ourselves. We would normally expect faulty or damaged goods to be returned before issuing a replacement although we offer the option of charging for the replacement faulty goods and refunding this additional charge on the receipt of the original.

We cannot refund the postage cost incurred in returning goods (unless faulty) and we would strongly suggest you consider recorded delivery or at the very least obtain a (FREE) proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that we don't receive.
