How quickly will I receive my order?
All orders are sent by recorded mail. We endeavor to post all orders as soon as possible. Most products are dispatched on the day of receipt of payment. Orders received on a weekend or bank holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day. This may take longer during peak periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day etc.
What are the postage and packing charges?
Adding products to the basket will show the total postage and packing charges.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Not currently but we hope to expand this in the near future.
Should any purchase arrive damaged from transit , or does not arrive at all, then please contact us by email and we will follow up your enquiry. You should also contact us if the item is faulty in any way or any mistakes have been made by ourselves. We would normally expect faulty or damaged goods to be returned before issuing a replacement although we offer the option of charging for the replacement faulty goods and refunding this additional charge on the receipt of the original.
We cannot refund the postage cost incurred in returning goods (unless faulty) and we would strongly suggest you consider recorded delivery or at the very least obtain a (FREE) proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that we don't receive.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled at any time providing that the goods have not been dispatched. To cancel an order phone 0 stating the order date and your name and email address and order number.
